Payment Methods

Manage how you pay for your Kaana subscription.

Supported Payment Methods

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

  • Debit cards

  • Some regions support additional methods

Managing Payment Methods

Access Payment Settings

  1. Go to Settings > Billing

  2. Click Payment Methods

View Current Method

See your active payment method:

  • Card type and last 4 digits

  • Expiration date

  • Billing address

Adding a Payment Method

Add a Card

  1. Click Add Payment Method

  2. Enter card details:

    • Card number

    • Expiration date

    • CVV

    • Billing name

    • Billing address

  3. Click Add Card

Set as Default

If you have multiple methods:

  1. Find the method to use

  2. Click Set as Default

  3. This card will be charged

Updating Payment Methods

Update Card Details

When your card expires or changes:

  1. Click Edit on the payment method

  2. Update the details

  3. Save changes

Update Billing Address

  1. Click Edit on the payment method

  2. Update address fields

  3. Save changes

Removing Payment Methods

Delete a Card

  1. Find the card to remove

  2. Click Remove

  3. Confirm deletion

Note: You can't remove your only payment method if you have an active subscription.

Payment Security

Your Data is Safe

  • Card numbers are never stored directly

  • Payments processed by Stripe

  • PCI-compliant security

  • Encrypted transactions

What We Store

  • Last 4 digits of card

  • Card type

  • Expiration date

  • Billing address

We never store:

  • Full card numbers

  • CVV codes

Failed Payments

Why Payments Fail

Common reasons:

  • Card expired

  • Insufficient funds

  • Bank declined

  • Card number changed

When Payment Fails

  1. We'll email you

  2. We'll retry automatically

  3. Update your payment method

  4. Service continues during grace period

Resolving Failed Payments

  1. Check the error message

  2. Verify card details are correct

  3. Contact your bank if needed

  4. Update or add a new payment method

  5. Retry the payment

Receipts and Invoices

Automatic Receipts

After each payment:

  • Email receipt sent

  • Invoice available in billing history

Download Invoices

  1. Go to Billing

  2. Click Payment History

  3. Find the invoice

  4. Click Download PDF

Invoice Details

Invoices include:

  • Your company details

  • Itemized charges

  • Payment method used

  • Transaction ID

Currency

Billing Currency

  • Prices shown in your billing currency

  • Set during initial subscription

  • Contact support to change

Multi-Currency

Some plans support:

  • Pricing in local currency

  • Invoices in local currency
