Go to your profile icon in the top right of the page
Select Billing
Note: Requires Owner role.

Changing Your Plan
Upgrade
Move to a higher plan:
Click Change Plan
Select the new plan
Review what's included
See price difference
Click Upgrade
Upgrades are effective immediately. You'll be charged the prorated difference.
Downgrade
Move to a lower plan:
Click Change Plan
Select the new plan
Review what you'll lose
Click Downgrade
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Managing Seats
Add Seats
Click Add Seats
Enter how many to add
See prorated cost
Click Add
New seats are available immediately.
Remove Seats
Click Remove Seats
Enter how many to remove
Note: Must deactivate users first
Click Remove
Changes take effect at next billing cycle.

Switch to Annual
Save money with annual billing:
Click Switch to Annual
Review annual price
See your savings
Confirm change
Switch to Monthly
Go back to monthly billing:
Click Switch to Monthly
Review monthly price
Confirm change
Changes apply at next renewal.

Click Pause Subscription
Select pause duration
Confirm
During pause:
Access is limited
Data is preserved
Billing stops
Resume anytime to restore access.
Cancel Subscription
To cancel:
Click Cancel Subscription
Provide reason (optional)
Review what happens
Confirm cancellation
After cancellation:
Access continues until period end
Data is retained temporarily
You can resubscribe later
Reactivating
After cancellation, reactivate:
Log in to Kaana
You'll see reactivation prompt
Choose a plan
Enter payment info
Access is restored
