Account & Login

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

  1. Go to the login page

  2. Click Forgot Password

  3. Enter your email address

  4. Check your email for a reset link

  5. Click the link and create a new password

Why can't I log in?

Common reasons:

  • Incorrect email/password - Double-check for typos

  • Account locked - Wait 15 minutes after multiple failed attempts

  • Account deactivated - Contact your administrator

How do I change my email address?

  1. Go to Settings > Profile

  2. Update the email field

  3. Verify the new email address

  4. Your login will update

Navigation & Features

Why can't I see certain menu items?

Your role determines what you can access. If you need access to a feature, contact your administrator to adjust your permissions.

How do I customize my navigation?

  1. Go to Settings > Preferences

  2. Drag and drop menu items to reorder

  3. Your layout is saved automatically

Where did my project go?

Check if:

  • The project was deleted (check with owner)

  • You were removed from the project

  • Filters are hiding it (clear all filters)

Projects & Tasks

How do I create a new project?

  1. Click + New Project from Projects page or dashboard

  2. Enter the project name and details

  3. Click Create

How do I assign a task to someone?

  1. Open the task

  2. Click the Assignee field

  3. Select the person

  4. They'll be notified

How do I mark a task as complete?

  1. Open the task

  2. Change the status to Completed

  3. Or click the checkbox in the task list

Why can't I edit a project?

You may not have edit permissions. Check with:

  • The project owner

  • Your administrator

Documents

What file types can I upload?

Supported formats include:

  • PDF documents

  • Word documents (.docx)

  • Excel spreadsheets (.xlsx)

  • Images (PNG, JPG)

  • And more

How large can files be?

Maximum file size is 10MB. For larger files, consider:

  • Compressing the file

  • Splitting into multiple files

  • Linking to external storage

How do I download a document?

  1. Open the document

  2. Click Download

  3. The file saves to your computer

How do I add someone to my team?

If you're an admin:

  1. Go to Settings > Users

  2. Click + Invite User

  3. Enter their email and role

  4. Send the invitation

How do I add more users?

  1. Go to Settings > Billing

  2. Click Add Seats

  3. Enter number of seats

  4. Confirm

Where are my invoices?

  1. Go to Settings > Billing

  2. Click Payment History

  3. Download any invoice

How do I connect Slack?

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations

  2. Find Slack

  3. Click Connect

  4. Authorize in Slack

Why is my integration not syncing?

Try:

  1. Check connection status in Integrations

  2. Refresh the connection

  3. Re-authorize if needed

  4. Check for error messages

Performance

The app is running slowly. What can I do?

  • Clear your browser cache

  • Try a different browser

  • Close unused tabs

  • Check your internet connection

Data isn't updating. What should I do?

  1. Refresh the page

  2. Clear browser cache

  3. Log out and back in

  4. Report if issue persists
